ONCOLOGICAL RADIOTHERAPY - Module 4
General concepts of oncological radiotherapy. Principles and techniques of radiotherapy (conformational, modulated intensity of the beam, brachytherapy). Indications, doses and techniques of radiotherapy in breast, rectum, lung, prostate and upper abdominis (stomach, pancreas) tumors.
ONCOLOGICAL SURGERY - Module 5
General concepts of cancer surgery. Clinical-diagnostic classification, differential diagnosis and principles of surgical treatment of the following oncological diseases: carcinoma of the esophagus, stomach, colorectal, pancreas, kidney and hepatocarcinoma. Classification and therapeutic strategy of pulmonary and hepatic metastases.
SENOLOGICAL SURGERY - Module 6
General concepts of senologic surgery. Diagnosis and therapy of benign pathology and breast precancerous disease: pathology of the nipple, secreting breast, papilloma and papillomatosis, fibroadenoma, filloid tumor and breast sarcoma, gynecomastia, lesions of the nipple complex areola and Paget's disease. Malignant tumors: epidemiology , risk factors, primary and secondary prevention, clinical examination, instrumental diagnostics, anatomo-pathological classification. Diagnosis, classification and surgery of carcinoma in situ and infiltrating carcinoma, prognosis and follow up. Breast Unit.
