Communication management is a key element in corporate governance in search of a best reputation. The principles to which you must follow a responsible and effective business communication are the same that are applied to the process of communication between two people: fairness, accuracy and signification.
The aim of this course is to study government of enterprise communication in the theory, tools, managerial and operational techniques, including through the systematic use of business cases presented by those directly involved. After outlining the role of communication in the creation and dissemination of value, the course aims to analyze the communicative needs expressed in different areas of communication: institutional, economic, financial, marketing and organizational.
