The aim of the course is to provide the basic knowledge to understand
the problems that characterize the management of organizations. In
particular, it aims to provide participants with the basic knowledge
necessary for the analysis of the organizations observed with the use of
the main interpretative models elaborated in theory and in the practice.
At the end of the course the students must be able to:
-describe the operating logic of an organization
- understand the concept of economic and financial balance
- interpret the nature of the organization economic and financial
The course is composed of 10 hours of lessons divided into 5 lessons of 2
hours per week.
Lessons will focus mainly on the use of lectures. Frequency is strongly
