Incoming Students must be nominated by their home University. The nomination should be send to the following address firstname.lastname@example.org
The nomination must arrive within the following period:
Fall Semester: May 2nd to June 30th
Spring Semester: October 1st to November 30th
After the nomination, the Erasmus Office will proceed with the registration and send an e-mail to the student with an access code (token) to complete the form.
The Learning Agreement have to be completed in accordance with the Erasmus Delegate of the Sending Institution and the Erasmus Delegate at the University of Chieti (following the rules of each Department) and approved by both Delegates.
The document must be completed by the signatures of the student and both Delegates united with the stamps of the two Universities and sent to the following e-mail address email@example.com prior to arrival.
