Upon arrival

Check in at the  Erasmus Office of the University (Chieti or Pescara) (*) which is open from 10:00-12:00 Mon-Fri  with the following documents:
 
  • Learning Agreement signed and stamped by both Erasmus Delegates (Home Institution and Receiving Institution)
  • Application Form duly completed and signed;
  • a valid document of identity;
  • 2 passport size pictures;
  • the European Health Insurance Card, which gives access to the Italian National Health Service (Servizio Sanitario Nazionale).>
Erasmus incoming students who are not from the EU must provide themselves with a private health insurance policy or they can voluntarily register with the Italian National Health Service (Servizio Sanitario Nazionale). Voluntary registration to the SSN consists of a contribution of about € 150,00 that must be payed directly to the local Health care Service provider, which guarantees the student with the same health rights as the Italian citizens.
 
  • an Erasmus certificate, signed by an Academic Authority, issued by the University of origin attesting:
a) his/her regular registration
b) his/her status as an Erasmus scholarship holder
c) the length of stay
 
(*) PLEASE NOTE: Students who will attend courses at the  Departments of Architecture,  Economics , Economics and Management , Engineering , Languages and Modern Culture , Philosophical and Social Sciences , Economics and Quantitative Methods,  they will have to check in at the:
