In May 2003 Nelda took part to the preparation of the Lessagne in Guardiagrele, the magic ritual soup made with 7 secret ingredients. A variant of this, much more rich (3x7 ingredients) is the famous Virtù prepared the 1 of May in Northern Abruzzi (Teramo area).
