My home in Chieti, where I live with my wife and my
son.
It is a typical Italian villa. Rebuilt after the 1915 Earthquake, obtained the present
‘Liberty’ style. Some other alterations were made during 1930-40.
We bought it in 1998 and we took 3 years to repair and restore it.
It is located at 42°22' 36.96'' N and 14°10' 48.04'' E. You can see it at

I met my wife during a geological field trip at Elba
Island, Italy, in 1978. I cannot say very much about Elba's geology but we are still living
together. We married in 1989 and we have a child, Fiorenzo, born in 1994. My
wife, Giusy Lavecchia is a structural geologist, presently full professor at the
G.d'Annunzio University of Chieti. |
