- VISTO il D.I. 10.02.1988, con il quale è stata data attuazione al disposto del 5° comma dell’art.91 sopra citato

1. (obiettivo ed aree disciplinari)
2. Per la realizzazione degli scopi della presente convenzione, e dei progetti integrati di ricerca, didattica, aggiornamento scientifico, approfondimento della conoscenza e dell’uso di apparecchiature di avanzata e complessa tecnologia, le due Università stabiliscono, per lo scambio di personale del ruolo docente, ricercatore e tecnico, nonché degli specializzandi e dottorandi, che le spese di viaggio sono a carico dell’Università inviante, mentre quelle di soggiorno, comprese quelle di vitto e alloggio, sono a carico dell’Università ospitante. Parimenti, le due Università stabiliscono che, di norma, per gli studenti le spese di viaggio effettivamente sostenute, comprese quelle per l’uso del mezzo aereo, sono a carico dell’Università inviante.
3. L’Università ricevente, mediante accensione di polizza assicurativa, o nelle forme previste dall’ordinamento interno, dovrà assicurare l’assistenza sanitaria in caso di infortunio o di malattia, ad eccezione delle malattie croniche e delle protesi.
4. Le due Università, di comune accordo, stabiliscono che i rispettivi studenti saranno esonerati dal pagamento delle tasse e dei contributi universitari, nel caso di soggiorno effettuato nell’ambito della presente convenzione. Per i suddetti studenti, inoltre, l’Università ospitante favorirà la sistemazione presso convitti ed istituti similari di ospitalità universitaria.
5. La risoluzione di eventuali controversie inerenti all’interpretazione ed all’esecuzione degli atti convenzionali stipulati sarà devoluta ad un collegio arbitrale, composto da un membro designato da ciascuna parte contraente ed uno scelto di comune accordo.
6. La presente convenzione ha la durata di anni 1 a partire da ____________ ed è rinnovabile anno per anno, salvo disdetta scritta entro il 30 novembre.
7. La presente convenzione è immediatamente esecutiva all’atto della stipula.

1. (The principal aims of the present agreement )
2. For the fulfillment of the aims of the present agreement, and of common programmes of research, didactics and scientific updating, and for a deepening of the knowledge and the use of machinery of high and complex technology, both Universities agree that travelling expenses for the exchange of professors, research assistants, technicians and post-graduated students will be charged on the sending Universities and expenses of sejour will be charged on the receiving Institution.
3. Likewise, both Universities agree that travelling expenses of students - usually, including air fares, will be charged on the sending University.
4. Both Universities agree, by common accord, that their respective students will be dispensed from any payment of University taxes and subventions, in case of a stay according to the rules of the present agreement.
5. Decisions on any controversy regarding the interpretation and actuation of the deeds of the agreement will be devolved upon an arbitral court formed by a member of both Universitites and a third member chosen by common accord.
6. The present agreement lasts one year, starting on ___________, and can be renewed yearly.
7. The present agreement will be immediately executive from the moment of its subsciption.
