Advanced registration is encouraged as courses are
limited to a total of 50 participants.
The registration fee includes participation to the
classes, educational material and a group
photo.
The registration fee varies from course to course;
the registration fee will be reduced for participantts
who register 60 days before course commencement,
for members of the European Society of Medical Oncology
(ESMO), for residents and Ph.D. students in oncology
or oncolgy-related disciplines.

as we receive the above payment and documentation,
we will send you a letter of acceptance for the

CANCELLATION AND REFUND Cancellations should be notified in writing
to the School Offices (e-mail or fax). Cancellations
received 15 days before the beginning of the selected
course: 30% refund; cancellations received after
15 days before the beginning of the course: no
refund.
