Research topics

My research is focused on the structure and evolution of the lithosphere-asthenosphere system in the Mediterranean region. In particularI'm going to deal with gravity, heat flow and reology in order to define the lithosphere-asthenosphere boundary and the thermo-mechanical properties of the lithosphere. This project is supervised by prof. Giusy Lavecchia (Univ. Chieti), by Prof. Iginio Marson (OGS, Trieste) and by Dr. Isabella Velicogna and Dr. Tony Lowry at Boulder University (Colorado).
