Interests
I disagree with the current vision of the university as a provider of technical skills. I think this vision to be suffocating and self-defeating in the (not very long) run, and I try to resist, looking for fresh air and for my Italian roots, and defending my vision of the university as a cultural institution.
August 2011: the Milk Lake and the Tschigat (2998 mt) near Meran.
December 2009: accompanying Handel's Messiah in St. Maria sopra Minerva (Rome).
August 2008: descending from the monte Greco near Rivisondoli.
